Non-AMI Gas Experience
Post-event voice messages are not available for customers who receive the non-AMI gas experience. However, non-AMI pre-event voice messages are available. See Pre-Event Email for more information.
Multi-Day Peak Events
If multiple peak days occur in close proximity to another, the customer results will be reported as they become available. In this situation, pre-event messages usually contain post-event results. However, customers will only receive one voice message per day. If the customer has already received a voice message before the post-event results have been calculated, those results are communicated on the next available day.
