Feature Summary

This integration supports the following:

• A field activity created in OU CCS being sent to OFFS and a corresponding activity being created in OFFS

• Potential appointments slots being presented in OU CCS and an appointment being selected for an activity

• A field activity being updated in OU CCS and where possible the corresponding activity being updated in OFFS

• A field activity being cancelled in OU CCS and where possible the corresponding activity being updated in OFFS Cancel

• A user in OU CCS being able to see for a field activity that the corresponding activity in OFFS is enroute or started

• When a meter or item is being installed in the field, verifying the device details in OU CCS

• The completion of an activity in OFFS resulting in the completion of the corresponding activity in CCS

• The cancellation of an activity in OFFS resulting in the cancellation of the corresponding activity in CCS

• A field worker creating an activity in OFFS for additional work related to the service point of an activity the field worker is working on and a corresponding activity being created in OU CCS

• A field worker creating an activity in OFFS for a work at a service point found by searching for service points in CCS and a corresponding activity being created in OU CCS.

Support for OAuth authentication is available for plugins. Customers can configure OAuth alongside the existing Basic authentication mechanism. When both authentication methods are configured, OAuth is given priority. Currently, only the client credentials grant type is supported.
