New Features Summary
For a list of existing features, refer to the ESRI ArcGIS Integration to Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service documentation on Oracle Utilities Integrations page on Oracle Help Center.
This integration includes the following new features:
Outbound Work Location Synchronization from WACS to ESRI ArcGIS
This outbound integration enables real-time synchronization of Work Locations created in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service to ESRI ArcGIS. On creation, Work Location data is transformed into the schema specified in supplied the Work Locations workspace document and submitted to ArcGIS. The resulting ArcGIS GlobalID is returned and linked to the corresponding Work Location in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service.
Dynamic Connection Enables Multi-Portal Support for Asset Synchronization
Starting release 26.4, asset synchronization integrations support dynamic connections to multiple ESRI ArcGIS servers. Each AssetClass can now be linked to a specific server connection, enabling synchronization requests to be routed automatically to the appropriate ArcGIS portal.
When no server connection is assigned, the default connection is used automatically. This enhancement simplifies configuration, removes previous three-server connection limitations, and makes it easier to scale asset synchronization across multiple ArcGIS environments without additional project setup.
