Creating the Vault and Secrets

If you don’t already have one, create a Vault under Identity & Security.

Within that vault, create the following Secrets (via Identity & Security / Secret Management).

• Source GGNET (such as CCS_ggnet) – this allows your GoldenGate deployment to connect to the source GoldenGate deployment and to read the extract trail files. Oracle will securely provide these credential details to you.
• Target GGADMIN (such as DataExchange_ggadmin) – this allows your GoldenGate deployment to connect to the target ATP instance and to replay the transactions into that database (via replicats). You need to get these credential details from the Administrator of your target database.
