Metrics Enhancement: Batch Level of Service

This feature supported from OUAF 4.2.0 Service Pack 3 with Bug 21358792.

Select Oracle Utilities Batch Server then the Monitoring menu item then All Metrics to access batch level of service metrics. — Figure 1. Menu to navigate to the metric

From the metrics tree view, select the metric to review. In this example, the Batch Overall Health metric has been selected. — Figure 2. BatchOverAllHealth metric

Features Available for Users with Specific Roles

A. User: Operator Privileges

Users with Operator privileges can access functions from the Oracle Utilities Home menu. — Figure 3. Environment Home page functions

Users with Operator privileges can access functions from the Oracle Utilities Web Application menu. — Figure 4. Web Page functions

Users with Operator privileges can access functions from the Oracle Utilities Batch Server menu. — Figure 5. Batch Page functions

B. User: Read-Only Privileges

Prerequisite: For a read-only plugin user role to work properly (to enable the user to access modules with previously-saved credentials), the following actions must be applied:

Add 'Execute Command Anywhere' for 'Privileges applicable to all targets'
Add 'Named Credential' for 'EM Resource Privileges'
Add 'Configure Target' Privilege for Target Privileges Applicable to Specific Targets
