Introduction Module

The Introduction module is used at the top of most emails and introduces customers to their email program.

User Experience

This section describes the module in the TOU Load Shifting Report emails. The module includes the following components:

Welcome Message: The welcome message appears at the top of the module and introduces customers to the email program. The message includes the customer's first name, and tells them that the email includes information about how they used electricity during the past week or month. This message varies depending on the email in which it is included:

  • Introduction email: The welcome message reads, "<Customer Name>, Welcome to your <program name>".
  • Weekly email: The welcome message reads, "<Customer Name>, Here's how you used electricity this past week".
  • Post-Bill Report email: The welcome message reads, "<Customer Name>, Here's how you used electricity this past bill period".

Date Range: The date range covered by the email is listed next.
