Health Assessment
The Health Assessment portal displays the measurement score and additional information related to a specific health assessment rule.

The portal includes the following zones:
- Health Assessment. This zone displays details about a health assessment record along with guidance on how to address such issue.
- Assessment History. This zone lists a history of assessment values prior to the current assessment.
