The Self-Comparison track focuses on helping customers understand how much money they have earned through their own energy-saving behavior. This you-to-you comparison provides a simpler and more direct experience than the Neighbor Comparison track by emphasizing the customer’s individual rebates and savings over time. Historical savings information is included to help customers track rebate performance and energy-saving trends throughout the season.

Customers enrolled in this track receive a Email Self-Comparison v3 module within their email communications and web-based insights.
