Neighbor Comparison Track v3

The Neighbor Comparison track compares the rebates earned by the customer to those earned by average-saving and high-saving customers. This approach encourages greater energy savings by using normative comparison and anchoring customers to higher potential rebate amounts. Customers enrolled in this track receive a Email Main Insight v3 module within their email communications and web-based insights.
