Email Main Insight v3

The Main Insight module is designed to help customers understand their Peak Time Rebate performance by comparing their energy savings to similar households. The module uses normative comparison and personalized insights to show how a customer performed during peak events, reinforce earned savings, and motivate continued participation in future events.

The module includes the following elements:
  • Header: Introduces the personalized savings insight and comparison experience.
  • Savings Comparison Chart: Displays a three-bar comparison showing the customer’s peak day savings alongside average-performing homes and highest-saving homes.
  • Customer Savings Bar: Highlights the customer’s individual peak day savings performance.
  • Similar Homes Comparison Bar: Shows the average savings of comparable households to provide context for customer performance.
  • Highest Savings Comparison Bar: Demonstrates top-performing households to motivate increased participation and energy reduction behaviors.
  • Savings Value Labels: Displays dollar savings amounts above each bar for quick interpretation and emphasis on financial impact.
  • Explanatory Chart Copy: Provides context for how the comparison is calculated and what the savings groups represent.
  • Mini Callout Message: Reinforces the benefits of reducing energy usage, including bill savings, grid reliability, community support, and environmental impact.
