Email Customer Feedback v3
The Customer Feedback module is an optional component included in Peak Time Rebate email communications to collect quick customer feedback on the usefulness of the report experience. The module allows customers to easily rate how helpful they found the communication, enabling utilities to gather timely insights that can be used to improve future customer communications, engagement strategies, and overall program experience. The module includes the following elements:
- Feedback Prompt: A question asking customers to rate the usefulness of the email communication. For example, “How useful was this email?”
- Rating Scale: Interactive numeric rating options that allow customers to quickly select a usefulness score.
- Low-End Label: Descriptive text indicating the lowest satisfaction level (for example, “Not useful at all”).
- High-End Label: Descriptive text indicating the highest satisfaction level. For example, “Very useful”.
- Rating Buttons: Clickable numbered buttons used to capture customer feedback responses.
