Email Header v3

The Email Header module appears at the top of Peak Time Rebates pre-event and post-event email communications. The module provides clear customer and utility identification by displaying the utility’s branding alongside key customer account information. The module includes the following elements:
  • Utility Logo: Displays the utility’s brand identity and serves as a clickable link to the utility website or Peak Time Rebates program page.
  • Customer Information Area: Section containing customer-specific account details for identification and personalization.
  • Account Number: Shows the customer’s masked account number for reference and account verification.
