Email Introduction v3

The Introduction module appears at the top of the email and provides customers with a preview of the content included in the communication. It is designed to establish the appropriate tone and context for the customer experience. The module includes the following elements:

Introduction image: Displays a colorful illustration that reflects the theme of the Peak Time Rebates email.

Personalized introductory text: Includes the customer’s name and a message tailored to the communication type.

• Pre-Event Email: Encourages customers to save energy during upcoming peak events and earn rewards. See Pre-Event Emails v3.

  Same Day Reminder Email: Encourages customers to save energy during today's peak events and earn rewards. See Same Day Reminder Emails v3.
