Email Event Reminder v3

The Event Reminder module notifies customers about upcoming peak day events and encourages them to reduce energy usage during those periods. It also gives customers a convenient way to add event reminders to their personal calendars and enroll in available voice or text notifications.

Key elements include:

  • Pinned Notes: Inform customers of the dates and times of the upcoming peak events.
  • Add to Calendar Icons: Allow customers to add upcoming peak events directly to their personal calendars from the email communication.
  • SMS or IVR Options: Allow customers to enroll in SMS or IVR communications directly from the email communication.
