Email Seasonal Performance v3

The Seasonal Performance module provides customers with a summary of their energy-saving performance across recent Peak Time Rebate events. The module helps customers track trends in their participation over time, understand changes in their energy usage between events, and stay engaged with the program through ongoing performance insights.

The module includes the following elements:

  • Module Header: Introduces the seasonal performance summary and ongoing participation insights.
  • Performance Summary Message: Provides a personalized statement comparing the customer’s most recent event performance to prior peak events.
  • Seasonal Usage Chart: Displays energy usage across multiple peak events to help customers visualize performance trends over time.
  • Event Date Labels: Identifies individual peak event dates associated with each performance result.
  • Usage Value Labels: Shows energy usage amounts for each event to support quick interpretation of results.
  • Highlighted Recent Event Bar: Emphasizes the most recent peak event to draw attention to current performance.
  • Contextual Explanatory Note: Provides additional context that may explain differences in energy usage between events.
  • Visual Chart Design: Uses simple bar chart visuals to make seasonal performance.
