Post-Event Voice Messages v3
Post-event voice communications are used to inform customers about their performance during the recent event. They are generally delivered the day after the peak event, though this may vary. The messaging and content may vary slightly based on the track the customer is on, and based on their performance during the peak event.
The following is an example of a post-event voice message for a customer on the Neighbor Comparison Track who had better than average savings during their multi-day peak event:
"This is a message from UtilityCo. Across the Tuesday, December fourteenth, Wednesday, December fifteenth, and Thursday, December sixteenth, Energy Savings Days, you earned $15 dollars for reducing your electric use. Congratulations! You earned $2 more than the average-saving home. To reduce your energy use and earn rewards next Peak Event, turn down your air conditioner or delay the use of large appliances. To stop receiving voice alerts, press 9. Visit (UTILITY WEBSITE) for more details. You may also reach us at 1-XXX-XXX-XXXX."
