Pre-Event Voice Messages v3

Pre-event voice communications are used to remind customers of upcoming events. They are generally delivered to the customer the day before the peak event, though these communications may go out later (in the event of an emergency peak event), or earlier. The messaging and content may vary slightly based on the track the customer is on, the customer's performance in the peak event, and when the message is delivered.

The following is an example of a pre-event voice message for a customer on the Neighbor Comparison Track or Self-Comparison Track:

"This is an alert from UtilityCo.: Tomorrow, Wednesday, July 10, is an Energy Savings Day. From 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM earn money toward your bill by reducing your electric use. For example, turn up the temperature on your thermostat or delay the use of large appliances. To opt out of phone alerts, press 9. No need to call back, simply visit (UTILITY WEBSITE). You may also reach us at <1-XXX-XXX-XXXX>."
