new CallbackCustom(thisContext, functionPointer, oUserObject, sCallbackUniqueId)
This subclass of Callback passes along a
user object with the callback. The userObject type is anything
decided by the function constructing this callback. To use this,
the function that is called back should expect to receive the
userObject and uniqueId as arguments.
