Oracle HTTP Server is the web server component for Oracle Fusion Middleware. It includes several Oracle-provided and third-party modules to extend its basic functionality. It also includes Apache HTTP Server.

Oracle HTTP Server is the web server component for Oracle Fusion Middleware, and provides a listener for Oracle WebLogic Server and the framework for hosting static pages, dynamic pages, and applications over the web. - Understanding Oracle HTTP Server Modules
Modules extend the basic functionality of Oracle HTTP Server and support integration between Oracle HTTP Server and other Oracle Fusion Middleware components. Oracle HTTP Server uses both Oracle developed modules or “plug-ins” and Apache and third party-developed modules. - Understanding Oracle HTTP Server Management Tools
Oracle HTTP Server can be managed using tools such as the Configuration Wizard, Fusion Middleware Control, and WebLogic Scripting tool.
