Resource Group: Services: Messaging: JMS Resources

The following JMS resources have been targeted to this resource group. JMS resources are configured and stored as modules similar to standard Java EE modules. Such resources include queues, topics, connection factories, templates, destination keys, quota, distributed queues, distributed topics, foreign servers, and JMS store-and-forward (SAF) destinations.

NOTE: WebLogic Server Multitenant domain partitions, resource groups, resource group templates, and virtual targets are deprecated in WebLogic Server The related Console and help pages will be removed in the next release.


Name Description

Creates a new JMS resource.


Deletes the selected JMS resource.

Column Display

You can show fewer or additional data points on this page by expanding Customize this table and modifying the Column Display list. Each data point displays in its own table column.

The following table lists all of the data points that you can display in columns on this page.

Name Description

The name of this JMS resource.


The type of JMS system resource, such a queue, topic, or connection factory.

MBean Attribute:

Changes take effect after you redeploy the module or restart the server.

JMS Module Name

The name of the JMS module where this JMS system resource is created.


The JNDI name of the JMS system resource.


The name of the subdeployment created for the JMS system module.
