All left angle brackets (<) are converted to the XML entity `<`. Carriage returns/line feeds are preserved. Note: If you create or edit a note from the Administration Console, the Administration Console does not preserve carriage returns/line feeds. MBean Attribute: `ResourceGroupTemplateMBean.Notes`
