About the REST APIs

The Oracle Access Manager OAuth REST APIs are broadly classified into Admin APIs and Runtime APIs. Admin APIs help in creating the required artifacts on the server. Runtime APIs use the created artifacts to create and validate OAuth Access Tokens.
