22.3 Review Dashboard

Use the Review Dashboard section to review the history of the Running Jobs, Executed Jobs, and Failed Jobs in the past 24 hours.

To review the jobs details and to check the details of job history in the past 24 hours, perform the following:

1. Log in to Oracle Identity Self Service.
2. Click Manage tab.
3. Click System Configuration box.
4. Select Scheduler from the drop-down.
   The Manage Scheduler Jobs page is displayed.
5. In the Review last 24 hour Activity dashboard, review the details in Running Jobs, Executed Jobs and Failed Jobs details.
   To check the details of a job history:

   1. Select one or more of the following to review the list of job history details:
      • Name: Enter the name of the job that you want to search.
      • Status: Search the job status that is applicable for the job search. The following are the types of status:
        • Running
        • Success
        • Interrupted
        • Failed
        • All
      • Start Time With: Select the following time duration from the drop-down applicable for the search.
        • 1 Hour
        • 1 Day
        • 1 Week
        • 1 Month
        • 3 Months
   2. Click Search and the Job Details page displays the following:
      • Job Name
      • Start Time
      • End Time
      • Duration
      • Job Status
