public class WLSPolicyFileUserPrincipalImpl
The WLSPolicyFileUserPrincipalImpl is used for granting permissions
to a named user in the weblogic policy file. A principal instance created during policy
evaluation is not signed since it is not created by WLS code. The normal implies code uses
equals() and this will result in a signed principal to unsigned principal comparison.
It extends WLSAbstractPolicyFilePrincipal and that provides a concrete class which implements
Principal.implies (new method in Java 1.8). It is used in policy files so that
PolicyFile can instantiate it
and detect a name match with WLSGroupImpl.
