Device Settings

Use the Device Settings page to view the device groups available for use in a portal.

Element Description

Filter

Enter a full or partial search string, then click Filter to refresh the list with all the device groups for which a match is found.

To clear the current search string and display all device groups, click Clear Search.

Click to refresh the list of device groups.

Device Group

Lists the device groups available in the portal.

Available

Indicates whether a device group is hidden or available. A check mark next to a device group's name indicates that the device group is available for use in this portal. An empty check box indicates that the device group is not available for use in this portal.

Default

Indicates whether a device group is set as the default device group at the application level.

The built-in device group named Desktop Browsers is the default device group in WebCenter Portal. All new pages that you create are automatically associated with the default device group.

Last Modified

Displays the user name of the user who last edited the device group, and the date and time when the changes were made.
