About Portal

Use the About Portal dialog to view information about the current portal. More

Element	Description
Name	Internal name of the portal displayed in the portal URL. To change the internal name, enter a new Name on the portal administration General page. Note that changing the internal name changes the URL that people use to navigate to the portal. More
Display Name	The name that displays at the top of the portal and other places where portals are available for selection, such as the Portals menu and the portal browser. To change the display name, enter a new Title on the portal administration General page. Changing the display name does not affect the internal name and URL for the portal
Internal ID	ID of the portal, which other applications might use to reference this portal.
Description	A description of the portal, as specified when creating the portal or on the portal administration General page.
Membership	Shown only if the portal manager has enabled self-service registration. More
Created By	User name of the portal creator.
Date Created	Date and time that the portal was created.
Direct URL	URL that provides access to the portal.
