14 Working with Eloqua
Oracle Eloqua is a marketing automation platform that helps you simplify and energize marketing automation campaigns in your website. WebCenter Sites integration with Eloqua, gives you as a marketer the ability to use Eloqua email campaigns to create personalized, relevant and unique journeys for visitors to your website. The integration enables you to share both content and visitor profile data across Eloqua and WebCenter Sites. As a result visitors to your website get a consistent and personalized experience, which in turn can lead to higher conversions.
The integration of Eloqua with WebCenter Sites provides you the ability to converge the visitor’s online experience with your marketing campaigns. It eliminates content duplication and streamlines content targeting across channels.
You achieve this by the following functionality enabled by the integration:

Embedding WebCenter Sites content into Eloqua forms and landing pages.

14.1 How do I use WebCenter Sites content in Eloqua emails and landing pages?
Before using Webcenter Sites content in Eloqua emails and landing pages, enable the access of WebCenter Sites assets that are to be embedded in the Eloqua forms and landing pages, in the target Eloqua instances.

14.2 About Eloqua Forms
You can use Eloqua forms for collecting information about existing or potential customers. For example, a simple Eloqua form can ask for First Name, Last Name and Email Address. Once those fields are completed and the form is submitted, it is possible to use this information to target these prospects in email campaigns that correspond with their digital footprints.
14.3 How do I access Eloqua forms in WebCenter Sites?
To access Eloqua forms in WebCenter Sites, you have to configure the Eloqua instances from which you want to access the forms, in Webcenter Sites.

After you have completed the configuration, you can see Eloqua forms in the Contributor interface of Webcenter Sites, under Content Tree. Click Content Tree on the Navigation pane of the Contributor interface to see all the nodes listed under it. Notice the node EloquaForm. Click EloquaForm to see the Eloqua instances configured for your site. Expand each Eloqua instance to see all the available Eloqua forms under each Eloqua instance.
