XDK offers three persistence mechanisms for caching the binary content of the XML in XTI: 1. in-memory Binary XML - fastest, but most memory-intensive. Not recommended for production. No configuration parameters required. 2. FilePageManager - one temp file per document. Recommended approach. Need to specify the directory in which the temp files will be written. 3. Blob manager. Slowest. Need to specify URL of DBMS connection.
