2.1 Oracle Linux Support Levels

Oracle Linux support consists of the following support levels:

  • Oracle Linux Premier Support

  • Oracle Linux Basic Support

  • Oracle Linux Network Support

The Oracle Linux and Oracle VM Support Policies identify the features for each support level. This licensing guide identifies additional entitlements and restricted use licenses which are available at a given support level(s).
