1 Oracle Server Management Agents Overview
Oracle Hardware Management Pack includes a rich set of command line interface tools and agents that are run from your host operating system to configure and monitor server hardware. For information on operating system and server support for each Oracle Hardware Management Pack component, refer to the support matrix available at https://www.oracle.com/goto/ohmp.
The Oracle Hardware Management Pack download package available from My Oracle Support (MOS) includes support for select versions of Linux and Oracle Solaris (release 10, 11 and 11.1) operating systems. A cross-platform installer is available for all components. For more information on installing Oracle Hardware Management Pack components, refer to the .
Beginning with Oracle Hardware Management Pack 2.4, support for the Microsoft Windows operating system is no longer available.
Beginning with Oracle Solaris 11.2, Oracle Hardware Management Pack for Oracle Solaris has become an integrated component of the operating system. Do not download and use other versions of Oracle Hardware Management Pack that are not specifically qualified for the Oracle Solaris 11.2 (and later).
