Set Web Services Allowed to Communicate With Oracle ILOM

As of firmware version 5.0.0, Oracle ILOM enables you to control which web services are allowed to communicate with Oracle ILOM. The Browser and REST services are enabled by default.

To view or modify the Allowed Services property, see the following web-based instructions.

Before You Begin

  • Admin (a) role is required to modify the web server properties

  1. In the Oracle ILOM web interface, click ILOM Administration -> Management Access -> Web Server.
  2. In the Web Server page, perform the following:
    1. Navigate to the Allowed Services property.
    2. Specify the allowed services. For instance, to enable one service, select the name of the service. To enable multiple services, Ctrl-click to select multiple service names.
    3. Click Save to apply the changes.
