Perform Final Verification

At this point, the Visual Builder integration is staged for final verification.

1. To load the staged application:

   1. On the Visual Applications page, select the Stage link on the right of Digital Customer Service with OCM Integration.
   2. Select dcs from the Stage drop-down menu.

2. To create the service request:

   1. Select the Submit a Service Request icon from the main page.

      Note:

      If this option is not available, then make sure to log in as one of the Visual Builder users that you assigned in the previous steps.
   2. In the Title field, enter a name for the service request. For example, My VBCS Test Service Request.
   3. Click the Next button.
   4. Click the Submit Service Request button.
3. To verify the service request is working correctly with the OCM integration:
   1. Select the View Your Service Requests icon from the main page.
   2. Select the service request you just created from the My Service Requests list.
   3. Select the Documents tab on the main page of the service request.

   4. To upload a file into the embedded OCM folder, click the Upload button to the right of the page.

      Note:

      The users can drag and drop files into this folder as well.
