Release (17h)
Release (17h) releases a unit reservation of the library.
Only the initiator that made the reservation can release the reservation. If another initiator attempts to release a unit reservation, the library returns Good (00h) status, but does not release the reservation. If the library has no active reservations, requesting a release does not cause an error.
