Set up the Oracle database client on the CRF Submit servers
On all Server Manager, DocGen Server, Storage Server, and Connector Server computers:
- Install Oracle Database Client 12.2.0.1.
- Install Oracle Data Access Components (ODAC) 12.2c Release 1 (12.2.0.1.0) for Windows x64.
- Configure ODP.NET by running configure.bat located in <Oracle client home>\ODP.NET\managed\x64.
Depending on the InForm release you are using, Oracle Database Client 11.2.0.4 or 12.1.0.2 must be installed on the InForm application server where you install the CRF Submit Requestor.
