For interactive signal configurations, you can manage the following types of signaling terms:
Designated medical event (DME)—Adverse events that your organization wants to monitor closely. DMEs are not associated with a particular drug. For more information, see Adding or deleting a designated medical event.
Custom term—User-specified term used as a pseudo-drug or pseudo-event value in data mining. For more information, see Adding_editing_or_deleting_a_custom_term.
Targeted medical event (TME)—Event associated with a drug. For more information see, Adding or deleting a targeted medical event.
Listed event—Event listed on the label of a drug. For more information, see Adding or deleting a listed event.
