1. Click the Signals tab.
The Drug-Event Combinations page appears.
2. Click the row menu () for the drug-event combination, and then click Document Review.
The Document Review dialog box appears.
3. From the Comment drop-down list, select a comment. For more information, see Document review for a drug-event combination.
4. To suppress the drug-event combination, click the Suppress drug-event combination check box. For more information, see Suppressing a drug-event combination.
5. In the Detailed comment text box, type the text of the comment.
This option is available if the Allow Free Text Signal Comments site option is enabled. If the selected comment is configured with Requires Detailed Comment = Yes, you are required to enter a detailed comment.
6. If the signal management configuration is integrated with topics, you can work with an associated topic. To change an existing associated topic, click Change. Complete the Topic Association section of the Document Review dialog box. For more information, see Associating a topic with a drug-event combination.
7. Click OK.
