Renaming a query

You can rename only those queries that you created.

1.         Click the Queries tab.

The Queries page appears.

2.         Click the row menu (Row menu) of the query, and then click Rename.

The Rename Query page appears.

3.         In the Name field, type a query name. The name does not need to be unique, although Oracle recommends that you use a unique name.

4.         In the Description field, optionally modify the description of the query.

5.         To assign the query to an existing project, click Add to existing project and select the project from the drop-down list. Only projects associated with objects that you created or that are published to you appear in the list.

To create a new project and assign the query to it, click Add to a new project named and enter a project name.

6.         Click Save.

The Queries page appears, listing the renamed query.
