Choosing a data mining results graph

1.         Click the Data Mining Results tab.

The Select Criteria page appears.

2.         In the Run Name field, select the run from the drop-down list. You can also click Browse next to the Run Name field to find and select a run.

3.         Specify at least one drug term or one event term.  For graphs to be available, you can specify no more than 200 drug terms or 200 event terms.

4.         Click Choose graph.  

The Choose Graph page appears, listing graph types that are suited to the data mining run and your selection criteria..

Note: If you are viewing results of a three-dimensional run and you specify 2 as the dimension (on the Select Criteria page), you can view graphs for the two-dimensional combinations in the results.

5.         If you want to modify the graph key (for all graphs), click Set Graph Cutpoint and Palette Choices.

6.         Click Save to return to the Choose Graph page.

7.         Choose a graph type and click its link.

A graph display options page appears for the selected graph type.
