Modify an Empirica Signal user in OHSIAMS
As part of ongoing user management, you can use OHSIAMS to edit or update user information and access levels as required.
Specifically, you can:
- Change or correct the user's login ID, user name or e-mail address.
- Reset the user's password if the user did not succeed in using the self-service password reset option.
- Disable or re-enable the user's account in case of termination of employment or role changes in your organization.
- Unlock the user account if the account became locked due to repeated failed login attempts.
