3.3.1 Introduction

The Application Acknowledgement Message Wrapper is the communication or transport wrapper for the application acknowledgement returned in response to the initial message. It contains the acknowledgement details and the identifier that points to the initial message.

The acknowledgement messages from IMP follows the template derived from this wrapper.
