I forget my SSO user name
- Search your emails for the two messages from OracleIdentityManager@oracle.com that you received after your Study Administrator created your SSO account.
You received two emails (at the same time) from OracleIdentityManager@oracle.com:
- One email with the subject line Oracle Health Sciences Cloud - New Account, which contained your SSO account user name.
- A second email with the subject line Oracle Health Sciences Cloud - Account Password, which contained a temporary password and a link to manage your SSO account.
- If you cannot find the emails, contact your Study Administrator.
