I forget my SSO password

  1. Click the Forgot Password link on the Login page.
  2. Enter your SSO account user name, provide answers to your three challenge questions, and click Submit.

Note: If you did not set up the challenge questions, you cannot use the Forgot Password link to reset your password, and you'll need to ask your Study Administrator to do it for you.
