Adding a filter without adding a column
You can filter a report based on a particular report element without adding a column for that item to the report.
- In the Ad Hoc Reporting tree, right-click the report element name.
- Select Filter for report.
The Filter pane appears.
- Specify the parameters by which to filter the report.
- Click OK.
