Adding a filter

  1. Create a report.
  2. In the Ad Hoc Reporting report palette, select the column header for a report topic on which to filter the report.
  3. Right-click the report column header and select Filter.

    Or

    Click the Filter button (Filter button. Click to add a filter to a report.) in the toolbar.

    The Filter (Pick values from a list) pane appears.

  4. Do one of the following:
    • From the Filter (Pick values from a list) pane, select a filter from a list.
    • Click Search for values to search for a filter using keywords.
    • Click Type in values to search for a filter using text in the filter name.
