Sorting data without adding a column

You can sort the data in a report based on a particular report element without adding a column for that item to the report.

  1. In the Ad Hoc Reporting tree, right-click the report element name.
  2. Select Sort for report.

    The Sort pane appears.

  3. Specify whether to sort the report in ascending order, descending order, or not to sort the report at all.
  4. Click OK.
