Adding summary data to a report

  1. In the report palette, select the column heading for the report element for which to configure summary data.
  2. Select Edit Data > Summarize.

    or

    Right-click a column header and select Summarize.

    The Summarize pane for the type of data in the selected column appears.

  3. Specify the type of summary to add to the report.
  4. Click OK.
