About single sign-on (SSO) accounts
For each Sponsor, you can now access all InForm Single Sign-On (SSO) studies using a single account with one User Name and Password, which we refer to as a Single Sign On (SSO) or Global User account.
Before you can access an InForm SSO study, you will receive a series of emails that provide the details for setting up your SSO account(s), completing the required training, and accessing any assigned studies.
- You only need to set up your SSO account information one time. Therefore, you will only receive the emails about your SSO account one time.
- You are required to take training for each InForm study you will have access to.
You will receive two training emails:
- The first time you are assigned to any course by any Sponsor.
- When you are assigned to the same course by a different Sponsor.
- You receive one email with the study URL for each study you are given access to.
