About single sign-on (SSO) accounts

For each Sponsor, you can now access all InForm Single Sign-On (SSO) studies using a single account with one User Name and Password, which we refer to as a Single Sign On (SSO) or Global User account.

Before you can access an InForm SSO study, you will receive a series of emails that provide the details for setting up your SSO account(s), completing the required training, and accessing any assigned studies.

You only need to set up your SSO account information one time. Therefore, you will only receive the emails about your SSO account one time.
You are required to take training for each InForm study you will have access to.
You will receive two training emails:
- The first time you are assigned to any course by any Sponsor.
- When you are assigned to the same course by a different Sponsor.
You receive one email with the study URL for each study you are given access to.
