STEP 1: Log in and update your SSO account information

Note: You only need to set up your SSO account information one time. Therefore, you will only receive the emails about your SSO account one time.

  1. After your Study Administrator creates your SSO account, you will receive two emails (at the same time) from OracleIdentityManager@oracle.com:
    • One email with the subject line Oracle Health Sciences Cloud - New Account, which contains your SSO account User Name.
    • A second email with the subject line Oracle Health Sciences Cloud - Account Password, which contains a temporary password and a link to manage your SSO account.
  2. In the email with the subject line Oracle Health Sciences Cloud - Account Password:
    • Click the Oracle Health Sciences Cloud account link. You are redirected to a Login page.
  3. Enter your SSO account user name and the temporary password, and click Sign In.

Note: The temporary password is valid for 90 days. If you don't update your password within this time period, contact your Study Administrator to have a new password sent to you. You are required to change the password during your first login.

  4. Enter your new password, select and provide answers for three of the four available challenge questions, and click Submit.

Note: The challenge questions are used to verify your identity when you use the Forgot Password feature on the Login page to reset your password if you forget it, or if your password expires.

Note: If you don't set up the challenge questions, you cannot use the Forgot Password link to reset your password, and you'll need to ask your Study Administrator to do it for you.

This step (STEP 1) initiates your SSO account only. At this point, you cannot access the InForm study because your training and the study authorization process are not complete.
