See Who can use Full Stack Disaster Recovery?.

Full Stack Disaster Recovery introduces the following new features:
  • AI-generated log summaries: You can use the View Summary option to view the AI-generated summaries for the failed or warning Disaster Recovery (DR) plan execution steps. This feature uses the OCI Generative AI service to summarize selected step execution logs in concise, plain language, helping you quickly understand errors and recommended actions during switchovers, failovers, or DR drills. The option is available for built-in Full Stack DR plan steps, including built-in precheck steps, when the step ends in Failed, Failed ignored, or Succeeded with warning state. See View Summary Logs for Disaster Recovery Plan Executions for more information.
  • Multicloud Oracle AI Database support: Full Stack DR now supports adding members to a Disaster Recovery Protection Group from Oracle AI Database@Azure, Oracle AI Database@AWS, and Oracle AI Database@Google Cloud.
