Create a File Store
Use this page to create a persistent file store.
Configuration Options
Name Description Name Specify a name for this file store. This name must be unique within the WebLogic Server instance or its cluster.
Target The server instances, dynamic clusters, or migratable targets defined in the current domain that are candidates for hosting a file store or JDBC store.
When selecting a dynamic cluster, the file store must be targeted to the same dynamic cluster as the JMS server. When selecting a migratable target, the file store must be targeted it to the same migratable target as the migratable JMS server or SAF agent. As a best practice, a path service should use its own custom store and migratable target.
MBean Attribute:
PersistentStoreMBean.TargetsDirectory Enter a pathname to the directory on the file system where you want the file store to be kept.
Note: When targeting a file store, the store directory must be accessible from all candidate server members. For highest availability, use either a SAN (Storage Area Network) or a dual-ported SCSI disk.
